Please note - The topic for the next SLCP Meet Up on Thursday, September 7th will be the NexTrex Recycling Challenge. During last months meeting the group requested more information about the NexTrex Recycling Challenge so we reached out to them and will be having a representative from NexTrex join us to tell us everything we need to know about their program. Please read below for details.
Emily Whitacre, of Trex Company, Inc. will discuss all the specifics libraries and their staff need to know about the NexTrex Challenge – how to register and get started, how to report the pounds of collected plastic, drop off points, the right practices for dealing with your local drop off points, what can/cannot be recycled, and more! Time for Q&A will be reserved at the end of the presentation. We hope to see you there!
