Strategic Planning Webinar

Guest speaker, Ron Kirsop, will discuss the process of gathering community input in order to develop a strategic plan for your organization. The presentation will guide participants through developing a vision, assessing current conditions, gathering input, analyzing results, and assessing your organization's capacity to move forward. At the end of the presentation, participants will have an understanding on the steps to take in order to develop their own Strategic Plan.
